About Us

Macintosh Financial was founded in October 2013, by our Managing Director and namesake, Blair Macintosh. Blair has provided high quality financial advice to over 75 clients in this time, working completely on his own to build the company from scratch.

Blair has been a qualified financial adviser for the past 3 years, and was previously the Telling Manager at Commonwealth Bank of Australia for 2 years prior. He is currently completing his Bachelor of Financial Planning and Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, and has completed a Diploma of Financial Planning.

Currently, Blair is the only financial adviser working for Macintosh Financial. As our business has evolved over the last 3 years, we have had ample opportunity to take on extra staff, however we recognise that our clients highly appreciate being able to contact Blair for any issue, and are able to speak to someone who knows their situation intimately. As such, we have decided for the short term to not employ any new staff, so that we can maintain high quality relationships with our clients.

We appreciate that a large majority of Australians claim that they don’t have time to sort out their financial affairs, which is where we are more than able to help. Managing your superannuation, insurances, and investments is made incredibly simple by having a financial planner, as it is our job to look after these issues for you. It is absolutely crucial to give yourself the best possible set-up as early in life as possible, so that you can retire comfortably.
